Dear PCS Students, Families and Staff,
I hope this finds all of you well, as we are preparing for our first snowfall! The holiday season is quickly approaching and on behalf of the PCS-PTO Executive Board, our fundraising committee and all members, I am writing to offer our sincerest thanks and gratitude for your recent generosity and support! Our recent direct donation campaign resulted in contributions totaling $2,130. All of these funds support our school wide enrichment program. The Scholastic Book Fair raised $1260. and our Mixed Bag Designs catalog fundraiser provided us with $2700. The online portion of the Mixed Bag Designs campaign is still ongoing and orders placed through December 31, 2018 will provide us with 40% of the purchase price. Simply enter our school code: 20028 at checkout.
Our Annual Holiday Artisan and Craft Fair will be held on Sunday December 2, 2018 from 11am to 4pm. Please bring the whole family to shop local artists and crafters, enjoy the onsite offerings of Sugar and Smoke BBQ, Keifer’s Kettle Korn and Quiet Corner Fudge. The kids can make holiday cards at our crafting table, write their letters to Santa and use our collection mailbox, which we will deliver to the North Pole c/o General Delivery Pomfret Center!! We will be hosting a bake sale, featuring some special PCS guests and their treats! Raffle items will be available from all of our participating vendors, as well as PTO created raffle baskets. This is where we are kindly asking for your assistance!
